CallHippo
CallHippo suits small teams that want an inexpensive plan with recording and IVR, a public API and SAML single sign-on. Queues and live listening start in the separate Pro Suite line at $40 a user, with whisper and barge at $48. The catch: Basic is free for 6 months only, and neither the terms nor the security page name an uptime percentage.
Ringover
Ringover suits small teams that want recording, an IVR and queues without paying for a higher tier, as long as they have three users and accept a 12-month term. Supervisor coaching, the dialer and the live dashboard need Business at $49. The terms name a 99.95% monthly availability target with credits if it is missed. The catch: the security page names no SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certification.
