What we do
SaaS Ranked ranks software on facts that vendors and independent labs publish, and writes Windows and PowerShell guides from Microsoft's documentation. Every page opens with a few lines that answer the question. The proof follows: the rules, the prices, and the source for each fact.
Independence
We are not affiliated with any vendor we list. Every product is scored by the same published rules, and no position can be bought.
Money
We do not sell placements, sponsored rankings or "featured" spots, and we carry no ads or affiliate links. If that changes, it will be stated on every page it affects, and paid placements will sit outside the rankings with a "Sponsored" label.
What we do not claim
We have not installed or tested the software we rank, and our guides are checked against documentation, not run on our own machines. Points measure what vendors publish against our rules; for antivirus, they also include independent lab results.
Corrections
Prices and features change. If a fact on this site is wrong or out of date, send the page and a public source that shows the correct fact, and we will update it, the date it was checked, and the revision history. Vendors are welcome to do the same; a correction is applied by the same rules as every other fact.
Data
All product facts, prices and points are available as JSON. Product and guide pages have Markdown versions at the same address with .md, and llms.txt lists them all.
