--- title: Superlist canonical: https://saasranked.com/software/superlist/ category: To-Do List Apps points: 67 rank: 11 of 12 facts_checked: 2026-10-08 --- # Superlist Task and list app with a free plan, shared lists and Google Calendar sync, but no Windows app. 67 points out of 100. #11 of 12 to-do list apps. Vendor: Superlist Software GmbH. Website: https://www.superlist.com/ - The free plan has unlimited tasks and up to 5 private and shared lists, with up to 5 people in shared lists [1]. - Basic costs $59 a year per person, with unlimited lists and shared lists [1][2]. - Apps exist for macOS, iOS, Android and the web; no Windows app is listed [1][3]. - Repeating tasks and reminders are part of the free plan [2]. - Tasks with due dates are added to Google Calendar as all-day events; a due time makes a 30-minute block [7]. Verdict: Superlist suits people on Mac, iPhone or Android who want shared lists, repeating tasks and Google Calendar sync on a free plan [1][2][7]. Basic at $59 a year removes the list limits [1][2]. The catch: Superlist lists no Windows app, so on Windows you use the web app, and it does not publish a task API, export or two-factor sign-in [1][3][12][14]. Best for: Mac and phone users who share lists with others. ## Points | Criterion | Line | Value | Points | Note | |---|---|---|---|---| | Systems | Apps | macOS, iOS, Android, Web | 12/18 | Apps for macOS, iOS, Android and the web; Windows and Linux are not listed [3].
